Design
We start the process with the initial consultation to establish the vision and feasibility of the idea and how this can be turned into reality.
We will guide you through design development to ensure your vision is not only fully realised but also explored further, until the final design proposal is achieved.
During the design development the detailed specification of the project is initiated, with a close watch on quality, budget and best value.
Planning
Once we have achieved your design goals and visions, we can take the final design and prepare a series of drawings for submission to Planning and Building Regulations, in order achieve Approvals.
Once successful, this will be the first step to turn your dreams into a reality.
Managment
The next step to realising your dreams is to appoint a builder and we can help you by producing detailed services plans, specifications and even interior designs, in order to obtain build costs prior to the project start.
We can assist in the decision making process, as choosing a builder is not an easy task yet crucial to the success of the project.
At this stage we may need to liaise with other consultants to fully realise the design and this will be included in our services.
We can also provide project management services to liaise with the builder during the construction phases, so that you can be confident that your dreams and visions are carried through to completion.
We can ensure that the process in terms of design specifications and architectural details are undertaken to your satisfaction, providing regular reports throughout the build, through to the final hand-over inspections.
